Fox Hills Golf and Banquet Center – Plymouth MI This very successful family owned company asked us to work on a variety of projects. One included a workshop for their entire leadership team on the topic of how they could improve their client service. This was followed by an intensive sales training program for their sales department. We facilitated their annual business retreat and followed it up with a second retreat the following year to reinforce the initial concepts and commitments made by their leadership team. As a result we were able to help this company go to the next level of sales and service leadership resulting in a more profitable and successful business. |

Christmas Decor – Dallas, TX This rapidly growing company has over 300 franchisees throughout the US and Canada. Working with the president Brandon Stephens, we conducted a thorough in-depth needs assessment with their top producers and created a special report on best practices for all franchisees. We presented two breakout sessions, facilitated two round table discussions at their annual conference in 2015 and one webinar. In 2016 we presented 4 more webinars. As a result it has contributed to the growth of their commitment to excellent service for all of their clients and increase market share. |

HandyPro/Handyman Franchise Headquarters – Plymouth, MI This franchise operation consisting of 30 plus franchisees throughout the United States hired us to develop a sales training program designed to help the technicians close more sales. We were able to help them accomplish that goal. As a result it has contributed to their continued growth and success. |

Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Wayne County MI In this project we created, developed, and was part of the team to deliver a massive customer service training program to the personnel of both Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Willow Run Airport and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department . One of the benefits in this project was that we incorporated a blue sky thinking section that helped create suggestions to improve this organization’s operations and customer service delivery system. |

Since 2011 we have conducted a series of workshops and one on one coaching assignments with department heads as well as the principle of this company.
