How Create a Simple 12 Month Marketing Plan for Your Small Business

Far too often small business owners do not think through the marketing strategy for their operation. Instead it is something they do in a hit or miss fashion and unfortunately pay a costly price.
It is surprising how some small business are able to stay in business despite their inability to create a systemic process to market their enterprise.

Marketing guru, the late Jay Conrad Levinson, suggested the concept of using a 12 month marketing plan. If you are wondering why your small business is experiencing peaks and valleys in sales, not having a 12 month marketing plan could be the reason. One thing is for sure if you don’t have a plan for marketing your business you are preventing your company from reaching its maximum profit potential.
