1. Create a feeling. This is where a person feels a certain way about your business. When trust goes up tension goes down. When tension goes up trust goes down.  This is the most difficult thing to do to build the trust between you prospects and your company. Build a bridge of trust.

2. Inquiry- people must say to themselves I need to go on the website or or ask someone about your company.

3. Action – They take an action they call your company and make an appointment, they buy your product or service.

4. Commitment – They will use you again and again.

5. They refer you to others.
