Tom is president of Tom Borg Consulting, LLC, a small business development company. He is a consultant, speaker, trainer and author based in Canton, MI. He coaches small business owners and their executive teams so they can perform better and reach their career goals.
His company works with small and mid-size businesses that are having issues gaining and retaining customers. He and his associates show their clients how to maintain an increasingly productive and profitable business or organization. Since 1982, they have worked with companies and helped them to run institutions that are more successful. They work with the management, team leaders and team members to develop their performance potential. They do this by helping them cultivate a results oriented mindset through executive team coaching and comprehensive leadership development training.

Tom serves on the Small Business Association of Michigan’s Strategic Communications Advisory Council. He also serves on the board of directors for the Eastern Michigan University Alumni Association. He is a past member for the board of directors for the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit. Tom has a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
